People never really know where life will lead them so it

helps to have a philosophy to guide your way.

 

At 16 years old, Dean Wegley went to work for General Motors. Instead of hanging out with friends, or just having fun, Dean was already employed by one of Americas largest corporations. He also went through Parris Island and served for six years in the Marine Corp Reserves. He had three children, when life threw him a curve. By that time, he was still working for Frigidaire, GMC, but in 1980, due to a plant closing, Dean found himself, looking for a way to make ends meet. At this turning point in his life, Dean was guided by a single thought, which still helps him make decisions today, you must search for solutions.

 

Dean was searching for a solution and he found it.

 

He went from being a part time real estate salesperson to a full time real estate broker. For five years, he developed his skill as a full time realtor. It was not until 1985 that he returned for another stint at GM, where he stayed until he retired from corporate America in 2001. In balancing his real estate career with his corporate career, Dean learned important lessons.

 

Every time there is a problem, there has to be a solution. Dean worked as a general supervisor, a production buyer, and a supplier quality engineer. Each of these duties required supervising, negotiating, and problem solving.

 

Real Estate is no different. Dean uses all his knowledge and skill to approach each sale so that his clients know that he'll go the distance. Dean Wegley loves the real estate business and works hard for his clients. He has a brokers license in two states Kentucky and Ohio. 

But he also enjoys playing golf when he has the opportunity. Golf is his pastime and real estate is his passion.

 

In playing golf, Dean is also always searching for solutions. It is the nature of the sport.

 

And he has had many successes. He shot four hole-in-ones. Two were within 10 days of each other at Indian Hills Country Club. And even at fourteen years old, his grandson Blake is following the trend and looking for a solution to his game. Golf is like real estate and life. Things are not always perfect. You must put forth a tremendous effort and search for the best solution.

 

 

In 2004, Dean was named Realtor of the Year for Western Realty, GMAC. 

As the top sales person, he relied on his expertise at new home construction sales, residential sales, and by helping transferees, make good decisions about the Bowling Green housing market. Each of these buyers and sellers has unique needs, and once again, Dean utilized his philosophy to approach each problem with the idea, that there is always a solution.

 

Dean knows the thing that sets him apart from other realtors is his expertise when it comes to dealing with new home construction.

 

He is a Certified New Home Specialist,(CNHS). His years of experience, his specialized training, and his focus on finding the solution set him apart in the field of Real Estate. Dean is also one of only 35,000 people nationwide who are Certified Residential Specialists, (CRS). Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses, and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.

 

 

He markets his listings with the latest methods. In his search for solutions, he utilizes full-color feature sheet brochures, virtual on-line tours, web sites, and exposure in the local newspaper. Whether you're selling a million dollar home, or buying your starter, Dean knows what to look for and what to do.

 

Over the years, as Dean's knowledge of real estate grew and expanded, so did his family. He has six grandchildren, Blake in Ohio, Jenson, Grayson, Brennan, and Clara in Alabama, and Megan in Michigan. Although he doesn't get to see them as often as he would like, his grandchildren and his family have always been his foundation. He has worked hard to take care of them,
